After recovering from PTSD myself through the use of TIR, I have studied TIR and now help people who have Trauma and PTSD, for example, something you want to get over, such as bullying or abuse. Any severe experience you are not able to forget can be resolved through TIR. Deep grief and regret may cause mood swings or a depressed mood. Sometimes resolving past traumatic experiences may be enough to resolve a difficult situation. |
